The new comprehensive plan will be a consensus strategy of policies, programs and projects that advance the community’s vision and goals for an equitable, healthy and livable Village capable of adapting to change and meeting challenges with resilience. Sidney’s updated zoning code will maximize the resilient use and development of the Village’s land and water to achieve the vision, goals and strategies of the Comprehensive Plan.
